This is quite sad to see. We have completed the project within 3 weeks and took all of the content from the clients current site. We are now awaiting payment for the completed project.

“In terms of website design, the designer was ok. The website looks good and does everything that I requested. The issue is with communication. Communication with the designer was ok, I was expecting a little more collaboration and as a first-time business I was expecting a little bit of hand-holding during the design phase, this didn't happen so I needed to do a lot of research myself. A few times my question went unanswered and I ended up logging in to the developer side of the site to update things myself. I can live with those points though as I believe it is all part of it. The communication from 'customer service' was appealing, emails were badly constructed. I repeatedly asked for timelines so I could plan the launch of my company and never got them. A real concern (and this is still not fixed) is once my website went live, every time anyone tried to look at it online, the website would work for about 1hr and then I would have 12 plus hours of it being offline due to a server issue. I repeatedly sent screenshots of the issue just to have my account manager (?) come back to ask, 'what is the issue'? Well, I have sent a million screenshots, I suggest they look at their emails. Also, no one seemed to take my concerns seriously. When the website was live, I would get an email saying there isn't a problem. 1 hour later it would go down and I would have 12 hours plus of it offline before it came to live again (which would be for about 1 hr and just happened to be at the time when they were checking it). Setting up a business is one of the most stressful things there is, I thought ElevateOM would acknowledge this and work to help resolve issues and give detailed timelines and descriptions of what was happening, that would have been nice, unfortunately, ElevateOM has failed across the board in this area and made the whole experience of setting up my own business an absolute nightmare and one I wish I never started. I have fully paid for my website but now I wish I had waited until it was fully operational. I am still not able to launch my company as I have no faith the issues surrounding the server are fixed.”

“They did my website, which went ok although with delays. I also used their content writing services which I was not very happy with however with the marketing services they are doing extremely poorly. I only receive weekly reports, have no clue what they are actually doing for me in terms or marketing, trying to contact them and no response (although they would call three times a day before I made the payment) and the funniest thing is they are suggesting more words on the Home page, the one prepared by themselves! Awful!”

“Great to start off with but lots of other issues with it after it went live. The website is NOT compatible with a tablet or phone, despite a promise it would be. Sales pitch promises the earth, moon and stars but you will be disappointed! No offer of refundor for the issues to be put right once you have paid. I would NOT recommend this company.”

“Disappointed that the call was answered from outside of the UK. However the person who answered the call was helpful and also called back to assist in updating some photos in the gallery on our website. The time frame spent doing the update was quite long though and I cannot help but feel that because it was outside of the UK this was the main reason. Therefore no issue with the person helping me but the fact the call is not UK based. Issue for ElevateOM.”

Dear Steve, thank you for your feedback. Very confused here as this sounds like excellent service. The fact that this particular agent being from outside of the UK shouldn't affect the rating you have given. The Technical Support Agent received you call, took your request and helped you upload some photos. I do appreciate that this took a little time, however we have been quite busy as we do have quite a few requests.

“I bought a brand new website fairly expensive however cheap on hosting but the website is never live always technical faults. The team are very good with content however what good is the content if the website isn't functional. As much as they may be good people but having a dysfunctional website is not good at all for business not good.”

“Not had my website for long bought and paid for now getting technical issues website is down doesn't currently work. I liked the website and content but when you assign certain projects such as content they don't align it upto the pages. If you go to buy SEO'S within months you ask over and over again what the progress is yes you get covid-19 alerts and emails 3 months ago when developer was putting content on was 63% and 3 months later 63% I did like the services like look of website liked the content then now technical issues it had all went downhill.”

Andrew had an outstanding website built by us for his security company, which, as he mentioned he was delighted with. Once the website went live Andrew wanted to sign up for a 12 month SEO contract with our marketing team. However,3 months in he changed his mind, we appreciate it is hard times financially, therefore, we kindly cancelled the contract earlier than the agreed term.
