“Great customer services. Help desk feels abit cold and unresponsive but once you’re in touch with an actual person who does the work then everything becomes smooth and easy.”

“Development is absolutely ace, outstanding cannot possibly ask for anything more or else totally supportive and very quick turn around. The communication from the customer support could be better to be honest but eventually someone will come back to you and deal with your issue. Overall the service is good hence why I have been a customer for ElevateOM for a number of years now.”

“I have no experience or knowledge about web design so, it was initially very good support. This has continued so far however, I find the many different specialists in charge of different areas of web design a bit confusing to keep up with. They are very patient but one person dealing with a customer may have been better for me. Still, the work being done with the website is very good.”

“My overall experience working with ElevateOM was good and I am happy with the outcome. Unfortunately, I found it hard work and the whole process took a long while to actually get moving. I think this was partly due to the fact that the process seemed disjointed so, for some parts it moved quickly, for others, it was very slow. I think perhaps they need to improve their forms that request information from the client as, clearly, their content writer initially had no idea about my 'product'. I think a bit of transparency would have helped on both sides as I was quite happy to provide more information. This part of the work really slowed things down. I personally would have preferred the opportunity to have an actual conversation rather than the constant back and forth with emails, although I appreciate the present situation (i.e. Covid-19) may have affected their working patterns. The final stage I cannot fault. The member of staff I worked with was extremely patient with my numerous questions and answered everything I queried quickly and concisely. He was like the last person carrying the baton in a relay and he managed to make up the time lost previously! I am hoping working with them going forward, is a positive experience.”

“Very responsive from start to finish. Every one I had spoke / wrote to, was on a professional level. Time lines was adhered to. Avinash did all that I asked and not once disappointed me. Only reason for not having a 5 is I would off appreciated some feedback and or advice in regards to the contents and recommendations to make it better.”
