“My experience of having our website set up was both excellent and frustrating. Once I realised that English was not the first language of my developer and that it was better to resend complete copy rather than editing it existing copy we were on to a winner! Our website is fabulous and I felt that the whole process was overseen by the account exec. For a great outcome at a very reasonable cost ElevateOM get my vote.”

“The end result is exactly what I wanted as I had asked for my original design to be retained. Chris ensured this happened and Anju made a good job with the content.There have been a few communication problems but other than that good value for money and would recommend.”

“I went with ElevateOM as the price seemed good for what they was offering and plus being local and in the UK. I was told by linzi before I paid it would include all the meta tags and keywords and meta descriptions being done from fresh which I found out wasn't included which was the main reason why I went for a new website so its all seo optimisation for Google but anuj the website designer copied across some of my meta titles and meta descriptions from the old website the website does look better than the old site but without having all the basic on page seo the website wouldn't be found on Google also found it hard to get through on the phone to the person I wanted to speak to. If I use ElevateOM again I will make sure all that they say is in writing customer service was good while anuj was doing the website any changes wasn't a problem through emails”

“The website is for my soon-to-be-published First World War novel Harriet's Eternal Tears. I'm not sure that they had done such a project before but they adapted their templates quickly and easily. The quality is excellent. I think I must have driven them mad with my constant changes and requests. They were never anything but polite and my requests were quickly actioned usually by the next day. Many thanks to both the people involved”

“I have been really happy with the service from Elevate OM. I asked them to create a website for my small business. They designed a logo and site that I am very happy with. They worked quickly and the price was good. My only slight issue - which is why I scared a 4 rather than 5 - was that my comments and instructions were not always followed accurately. This meant that I had to compose several emails (e.g., about text, photos, format), which took time etc - only to have to send another one the next day because my instructions were not followed accurately. However, overall, I would recommend this company and the final product is excellent.”
