“Purchase made easy by having a very competent salesperson on the other end of the phone. Delivered in two days to the Highlands. Well packaged and was easy to fit. So far working really well. Ordering by phone was painless and if everyone on the other end of the phone was as easy to talk to as the person who dealt with my order life for us oldies would be so much less stressful. First class.”

“The grill element on our neff electric oven stopped working. I went onto the Element Replacement web site and quickly found the correct replacement part. I ordered the part and within two days it was delivered. I have installed it and everything is working perfectly. Excellent service.”
