“Looked for an oven heating element for an old Cannon cooker. Came across Element put in the part number and identified an Indisit element reasonably quickly. Liked the dimension on the picture and therefore ordered the part. Delivery time was good. Fitted the element, it works as expected. Thanks all at Element Replacement. Will certainly use again.”

“Replacement grill element fitted and worked and was an easy DIY job once I located an obscured connection. Lesson being to take several photos from different angles of all the electrical connections.”

“Good service, good product, everything working fine now, thanks! Not sure if Parcel force is the best delivery mechanism to pick though. Much as I wish them well, their tracking is abysmal. Waited until well after the AM delivery slot, and knew there was no point leaving a note asking them to just leave it in the (open) porch - because Parcel Force won't do that. Had to go out, but luckily met the delivery van in the street on my return (several hours later) and got the package. Nowadays I'd really like a courier with live tracking showing where the delivery van actually is on a map, and how many other deliveries are ahead of mine. It's not rocket science nowadays.”
