Happy they supplied me a ps5 but disappointed at the over inflated price. Charged 400 for the digital edition when rrp is 360 and then charged delivery on top. I only paid that price as couldn't get a pre order anywhere else but unfortunately I feel ripped so will never order from this shop again. Also received day after release day which again was disappointing.

Ordered a tumble dryer quick delivery but arrived damaged awaiting this to be sorted,so no review until satisfied

The CD player that I ordered and that they had in was damaged and couldn't be despatched to me. It took nearly two weeks to get one from the manufacturers. Other than that, the service was good.

Good website and great price. For some reason i needed to contact them re my credit card and then the fact i had contacted them got lost resulting in a delay to my order. All was sorted out within a quick set of email exchanges and my order was dispatched imediately. So would definately use again.

Have not opened parcel yet. Didn't get the delivery time until mid morning, changed to put it in the shed/ barn and left a sign outside the house. Return to find my neighbour took it in and signed for it.

I was promised a message from DHL to inform me of a delivery slot. It is now 1130, and it has not arrived.

excellent price but refused to deliver to a mainland address which lead to difficulty in personally having to transport it from one address to another. No explanation as to why the mainland UK address could not be delivered to.

Good Afternoon Thank you for your review We have looked into your order & unfortunately at the time we were unable to get security clearance on this card transaction to the other address where you originally wanted this ordered delivered to in Scotland. After taking your order over the phone the bank did however approve delivery of your order to the other address you gave in Edinburgh where your order was delivered by our couriers. We do take credit card security very seriously to protect our customers from any fraudulent activities and unfortunately have to rely on the clearance bank's decisions to avoid any issues later. All good apart from a couple of gripes. Ordered a Denon HI Fi thinking by the description that it had built in speakers......wrong, no speakers. It might have been my mistake in part but also the description is misleading. Now Ive got to buy speakers. The day before delivery I had an email saying I would get a one hour delivery slot sent to me the next day prior to delivery, great I thought. I checked my emails the next morning, nothing about delivery so I went to the gym at 7am, came out at 8 to find two emails, one at 7.16 saying the item would be delivered in the next hour and another twenty minutes later saying they couldn't gain access and had gone away!! Not my idea of a pre warning for delivery. To be fair to the delivery guy he left his mobile number so I rang him and he came back a couple of hours later.

I ordered the Sony MHC-ECL99BT from Electric Shop, although this is a very good system which I ordered, I am not 100% happy with the service I received, which is why I gave it 3 stars. When I came round to ordering the system from Electric Shop, which was cheaper than the one on amazon which said on amazon was out of stock at the time, I had no indication on Electic Shop that the item was out of stock, which I was to discover after the weekend when I got an email saying they were now waiting for stock. When I got this email, the date of when stock was due was on the item listed, the item was due to be in stock a few weeks after I originally ordered mine, I was not happy about this, but I decided to just wait. Time went by and the item was available on amazon for a slightly higher price and a next day delivery, I was tempted to get my money back from Electric Shop and pay that little bit extra, but I decided to just wait. Anyway the time came when stock was due and I was hoping for a phone call or a email asking for a good day to be delivered, (As thats what the email said when they said it was not in stock) But I didn't get one, I ended up ringing up to arrange it myself, but it did come the next day. The other problem I had was the photo described is not the item I got, even though this is considered a small thing for most people, for me it was a big deal, the phono connection on the front of the unit is not a phono connection on the one I got, but its a jack connection, I was very furious about this as the one I needed for my set up had to be a phono, there was nothing in the specs to suggest it was a jack either. But I managed to work around this by spending some more cash on an adaptor which I was trying to avoid doing. I would not recommend Electric Shop to a friend, there website is not up to date with their stock and you are expected to follow up on your own items.

Purchased rangemaster splashback. Arrived very quickly and we were kept informed of delivery. A 1 hour time slot was given on the morning of delivery -great. BUT packaging was not secure and packaging was damaged on arrival. The box had obviously had things stored on top of it. Luckily the splashback was in good order. It is fairly flexible so looks a little warped but we think this will be ok when it is screwed to the wall.

The price of the cordless dyson was excellent and the service when ordering was also good. However, when I had a problem with delivery & collection from aps depot. I telephoned customer service and I found the advisor rude & unhelpful. Due to this I do not think I would purchase any more products from electric shop.

Dear Ms Downey, We are pleased to hear the service you received in relation to your purchase was good; however we are sorry to see your comments relating to the delivery. We received advice from the carriers on 6th March that unfortunately they had not been able to deliver on the scheduled delivery date as there was no one home to take delivery, they left a calling card on 3rd March, however they had not received a response. Upon receipt of this advice a member of our team left a message for you with the consignment number and telephone number for the delivery depot in order to reschedule the delivery with them. Unfortunately we received a second email from the carriers on 7th March to advise they had still not received a response and three more messages were left for you by members of our team with the details again, and our contact number if you prefer to speak to us. On 11th March when you made contact with us the consignment was unfortunately on route back to our warehouse and in order for us to arrange redelivery we advised you of the charge involved. Please accept our apologies that you feel our team came across as rude and unhelpful, we are naturally sorry that you would be reluctant to purchase from electricshop.com in the future as a result. Easy order process, best price I could find cheaper than everywhere else, great you can pay by pay-pal, super fast deliver (ordered sun arrived tues). However, i ordered a tablet, a fragile piece of kit, that could easily be damaged in transit, it was sent in just a bag with no additional protection than the original box. I ask the courier if i could open to make sure it was all ok, box did have a bash but tablet seems ok. From use over the last few hours so seems ok, but could easily be a different story. When the courier saw what the item was he said he "wouldn't use them to send things like that as the items get chucked about!" may i suggest to electric shop you have great thing going, but delivery needs attention.
