“I’d already got this product and wanted a second, they’re hard to come by now and searching online found the electric shop.com, they had good reviews & the product in stock. I couldn’t believe how good their communication way, the product arrived so fast by courier (big fan of companies using dpd, never had a bad delivery from them) Very impressed with electricshop.com will be recommending and using again.”

“I purchased a Dyson fan that I later wanted to return (the item functioned properly but it didn't help with my allergies). I had to send it back to the shop. Electricshop were very understanding and provided a near-full refund (minus a small restocking fee). Mark from the sales team was very attentive throughout. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience.”

“Attracted by significantly cheaper price than competitors for my Sebo Automatic X7 Epower pet vacuum but delighted with swift free delivery. Vacuum first rate (replacing a Miele, which has done excellent service over many years but the Sebo, recommended by friends is lighter and has an excellent long hose…ideal for vacuuming the car. Great machine with a much lived in home with two labradors.”

“I purchased a Klipse Subwoofer. I did my research so knew what I wanted. Next step was to find the best deal. To be honest, normally my search doesn't go further than Amazon. But in this case, Amazon had the speaker at £399. The best price other than Amazon was ElectricShop at £333. This is a significant difference. I had not heard of Electricshop before and if we were just talking about a few pounds I would still have bought from Amazon. But £70 cheaper? I felt it worth a go. No issues with the order and I opted for the free delivery. Speaker was delivered 2 days later - excellent. But what stood out here was the phone call I had from Electricshop the day after my order. I was told the box containing the speaker was slightly damaged. Rather than just sending me the speaker, they opened the box, took the speaker out, inspected it for damage and just in case powered it up. The phone call to me was to let me know what was done and to not worry that the box would turn up looking like it was opened. This was great because I would most certainly considered the possibility of the speaker being second hand or refurbished. All in all, delivery great, service fantastic and most importantly the speaker works and sound brilliant - not to mention £70 in my pocket. Will not hesitate to use them again.”
