“I bought a Dyson AM07 tower fan just before Meltaggedon struck in July 2022. I placed the order online in early hours on the Saturday for ‘box damaged’ unit, with a saving of over £60. I paid for the express delivery, with the unit due via DPD on Monday. I received a dispatch note from electricshop late Saturday morning with delivery details, and the unit instead arrived around lunchtime on Sunday, was perfectly packaged with no visible damage to the box or its contents. The fan works faultlessly. Excellent service - thank you! Buy with confidence. You can always trust Yorkshire! (*Except if you’re from Lancashire, obvs.)”

“Excellent service and products. Ran into issue with card payment.Was promptly contacted via email and offered a different solution. I liked that the person I was talking to(forgot the name,I think it was Mark) said to me,that they would still like to offer me a solution even though I ran into a payment problem. That's customer care on a personal level. The parcel arrived in excellent condition,with no damage to exterior. The APC courier we had is so far the best courier(better than DPD that's for sure) Delivered early and with full tracking details,so I always knew where my parcel is. The headphones are in excellent condition,comfortable for ears and great sound quality. I am very satisfied with my experience and should I ever need any electronic, electricshop will be my first stop. Well done!”

“First-time user. Took a chance based on previous reviews and bought a Ninja Air Fryer which was £10 cheaper than John Lewis. I wasn't disappointed. Ordered online on Monday afternoon and the parcel arrived Wednesday morning. The carrier gave me a time slot and arrived about 10 minutes into it. The Fryer was securely packaged in heavy-duty cardboard. Very pleased with this company and will use it again.”
