“Had an issue with my washing machine which the customer service was incredibly helpful to resolve. Very kind, understanding and polite, offered a replacement very quickly letting me know what is required at each stage of the resolution. Answered phones very quickly no being held in a queue like other companies. Excellent customer service from Sunny thank you very much electricshop.”

“Excellent service. The item I requested wasn't available at the time but had an expected delivered date. I was informed of the date the electricshop were to receive the item and I was emialled to advise my item was on it's way. No money was exchanged until the item was available. Was kept informed throughout. Delivery quickly and efficiently.”

“I'd never heard of electric shop before but I have to say I was very impressed with their service. I ordered a new washing machine on a Monday night after I came home and discovered my old one had finally stopped working. The new one was delivered on Wednesday morning. They were also the cheapest I could fine online. I doubt the bigger online outfits could match them.”
