“Bought some Fenton floor standing speakers. I was happy with the customer service. I sent a few e-mails and the support staff were very quick to answer my questions. The speakers even arrived before the estimated delivery date. I would buy from them again.”

“I hadn’t heard of electricshop.com before - however I had a seamless experience buying a Dyson fan. I actually bought an ‘open box’ item to save £40, but they sent me a complimentary upgrade to a new item. Service seems great from what I can see, so will likely shop with them again in the future”

“I had a really good experience buying through electricshop. The customer service is excellent; I rang to ask a few questions about the spec of a TV that I was planning on buying, and they explained everything really clearly. Their only delivery options were Standard (deliver in 3-4 days) or Next day delivery, but I needed it to be delivered 2 weeks later. I spoke to them, and they immediately sorted it out so that I could buy the TV then, but have it delivered later. I have literally no complaints at all.”

“I was so impressed with the customer service at electricshop. I had multiple email questions regarding hi-fi speaker cabling options and received prompt replies . Not only that, but I also received a very useful phone quickly after emailing to discuss various options and providing much needed expert guidance on top of the email replies. I would gladly buy from electricshop again knowing that the customer service is both knowledgable and so prompt.”
