“I was so impressed with the customer service at electricshop. I had multiple email questions regarding hi-fi speaker cabling options and received prompt replies . Not only that, but I also received a very useful phone quickly after emailing to discuss various options and providing much needed expert guidance on top of the email replies. I would gladly buy from electricshop again knowing that the customer service is both knowledgable and so prompt.”

“I hadn’t used the electricshop before but was looking at purchasing a new home cinema AV Receiver and they were pricing competitively so I thought I’d give them a go. Order process was easy. “Best price for a Marantz 5005 by a long way, and although described as 'ex display,' product arrived well packaged in original box and in pristine condition. Staff I dealt with over the phone were very courteous; good email notification of delivery status and received within 2 days of ordering. Highly recommended”

“Fab prices and super quick delivery even on bulky items. Wanted a sebo x7 pet for ages and finally decided to make the jump. The price was the best about. The fact you can do different finance for large purchases was also good and the delivery even though it stated would be 3 to 5 working days was delivered within 2. Very happy customer”
