“Was looking for a particular item, directed to electricshop.com website. Item considerably cheaper than competitors and in stock. Delivered rapidly with appropriate communication about when etc. Electricshop.com also promptly dealt with an issue I had and has totally alleviated any concerns I had about mail order. Fair play !”

“An easy website to navigate and no hassle for ordering. I had a problem with headphones I ordered and the reaction to my 'phone call was excellent. They needed returning and a new pair was delivered/swopped-over for the faulty headphones within 24 hours!!*”

“This shop had my item cheaper than anywhere else and transaction was easy and quick, sadly though, DPD were the courier and they ruined everything, DPD were informed to deliver to a local shop and I had email confirmation of the delivery slot. But they decided to deliver to my home, luckily I was home, but the picture from the DPD delivery driver of his attempt but no answer was of a completely different address? I live on one of the longest main roads in wales and have a large very visual number on my house. Obviously I complained to DPD who promised next day delivery to the local shop I originally asked for, you’d think, ok, can’t complain, but then there was a delivery issue and I had to wait another day, I can live with that, then I get another issue from DPD, and they will deliver the next day (3 times now, still no delivery) my gripe is with DPD (absolutely useless) but this shop that originally sold me the item, were the cheapest on the internet and had my item collected from their depot very quickly, so full stars for the retail shop and fully recommended. ,”

“I'd never heard of Electricshop until I bought an Amp via Amazon Prime supplied by them. I'd been sent an ex-demo/used item by mistake. I contacted electricshop and they explained that this was an error on Amazon's part. Ken advised that he could take my order and process it swiftly, which I did, to receive a lovely new amp via next day delivery. I returned the other to Amazon with a stern note and at least now I'm aware of Electricshop who were very competitive on price and provided a professional friendly service, just as music and movie lovers everywhere love and want :) Thanks Ken!”
