“Excellent service and a very competitive price. Made an enquiry by phone to their sales desk, the guy at the end of the phone actually knew what he was taking about, a rarity in these days. I bought a Denon NC11, it was at least £30 cheaper than I could find elsewhere, it arrived 2 days later and needless to say, I am delighted with both the service and product.”

“I ordered a pair of Bowers & Wilkins PX7 headphones on the website because the price was good (and other reviews on trustpilot seemed to indicate the seller was trustworthy). No problem at all - they were delivered two days later, I'm pretty chuffed with them, and communication from the site was as you'd expect (updates on delivery etc).”

“Placed an order on the electricshop.com website for a Denon receiver which was listed as discounted 'out of box'. Before shipment a member of the sales team contacted me to make sure the product ordered was suitable and notify me of any missing accessories or cosmetic damage. When received it was just as described and worked just fine. This is customer service as it should be.”
