“Delivery service needs to be changed!! Message from dx delivery due 3-5 pm. Still not seen at 6.24 pm. No message and no availability to track just states on vehicle. Update. Electricshop rang and were very helpful with delivery issue. Chased the firm for me and assured me it would be delivered as per their instruction the next day. Which they did. Would use electric shop again but hopefully they have a different courier.”

“Bought a Roberts Blutune 300. I knew what I wanted and Electricshop.com offered the cheapest price of all retailers on search engine. Free delivery and arrived within two days of ordering. I thought there was a slight glitch with the CD player and contacted customer services. Spoke with Ed who was so helpful and exactly the sort of person who should be an ambassador for the company. He offered to 'swap' the item and I accepted. However, I quickly returned call as the CD player suddenly started to read the CD's and so I cancelled the swap. Will definitely recommend and use Electricshop.com again. Reassuring to know there will be a human at the end of the line if needed!”

“So happy I’ve discovered ElectricShop! I was after a Dyson from an authorised UK dealer and ElectricShop had the best price available. I had a couple of questions and phoned the store and got through STRAIGHT away to the manager. It’s not that often you get direct local numbers to call it’s usually always an 0330 with 7 options!! My Dyson was packaged very neatly and delivered quickly. Can not rate them enough and will use again. A+”
