“We ordered a cordless dyson, after 3 days we had a message from DPD giving us a 1 hour window for delivery, due to work commitments, mid week delivery wasn't going to work, both Dpd and electric shop refused to allow me to change delivery address or collect from the local dpd depot, it was mid week, 1 hour slot or nothing! I asked both dpd and electric shop to make a note on the rescheduled delivery for a PM delivery as that was the only thing I could potentially manage, on the day, mu 1 hour slot was 9.30-10 30AM. Absolutely useless and unhelpful!!”

“Very rarely write a review but needed to with Electricshop as they went above and beyond with their service. My order was dispached quickly but I was not aware that the delivery company (DPD) could only deliver to my home address - the address linked to my payment card. As I was at work the order was returned to DPD with no option to redeliver to another address. Electricshop called me when they noticed the order was not delivered and came up with a solution so that it could be delivered to an alternative address (use paypal). It was succesfully delivered on the second attempt as my partner was in so the alternative was not needed. Very helpfull, excellent prices - could not fault and would not hesistate to recommend to others.”

“Bought a SEBO hoover online and delivered 2 days later, whereas I was advised that it would be 3-4 days delivery. Pleasantly surprised. Also, the courier DPD, were courteous and regular updates on delivery were provided. A major bonus was the 5 year guarantee provided by SEBO.”
