“Top Class service. I'd misunderstood a promotion on the Denon speaker I was after, not realising that WBW meant 'When Bought With' and had posted on the live chat that the expected discount wasn't being applied at checkout. When I realised my mistake, I posted an apology for wasting their time again in chat. I received a reply within an hour, even though it was out of hours, informing me that they'd contact me the following day. The following morning I got an email from Ken in Sales offering the discount anyway (a not too shabby £40 off). So I purchased the speaker on the Saturday morning and it was delivered by DPD on the Sunday. Superb service, superb speaker and I'll definitely be purchasing my tech from them in future.”
