“Great customer service and fast delivery! Unfortunately their delivery company (DPD) tried to deliver two days in a row, someone was waiting at home all day both days to receive and they didn't knock loudly enough or ring the doorbell so the delivery was returned”

“I was looking for a Ninja air fryer and electric shop.com came up on my google search. I hadn’t heard of them so looked at a review website and found that they had excellent reviews so I felt I could purchase with confidence that the item would turn up. The price was competitive too. Their website indicated they had it in stock so they don’t buy to order which was a relief. The communication was good. There were emails to say it had been despatched and what the status of my order was. The fryer was couriered by DPD and arrived early so all good.”

“A German built Sebo vacuum cleaner was what I was looking for and the electricshop, which I hadn't heard of before, had one at such a reasonable price that I was able to purchase a more advanced model for the money I was prepared to pay. It was delivered by courier, who gave me plenty of warning when it would be delivered, in a much shorter time than I expected. So in summary, I had more than I wanted, delivered very quickly, at a good price. I'll be looking to the electricshop first for future electrical products. Thanks.”
