Very pleasant to contact with and cooperative. I would have put 5 stars however the use of DPD is a bit of a let down, I was due to receive my item on friday 26th May however DPD then changed it to Tuesday the 30th and just now have pushed it back to Wednesday 31st which is very disappointing. Totally understand that this is outwith electricshops control bit still a little frustrating so the item has not been received yet
