“I ordered three 65cm light tubes and they arrived within 3 days. I was wondering how they were going to post these delicate tubes, however they arrived unscathed in a Toblerone shaped cardboard package. Well pleased and would order again, thank you Electrical World.”

“This order was diabolical, I re-ordered another under-unit light as my client wished to extend the one I had previously installed. No problem I thought, just reorder wait a couple of days and hey presto new light installed, thank you, happy client, on my way. NO not the rosy scenario that occurred, on opening my delivery all looked good same box, showing the same contents as already ordered, when opening the second packaging, I was astonished to find nothing more than a standard T4 fluorescent tube, no LED LIGHT, no fittings, and not what I had Ordered and paid for and to make matters worse, all in front of the customer.”
