“Wanted a simple Gardman bird feeding station - out of stock at Argos so googled it and found Electrical Word, which sells a lot more than electricals. Really pleased with my purchase and also with the new kettle cable I ordered at same time. Will definitely use again.”

“Horrible experience, both with the customer service and the delivery. Wrong products were sent, customer service ask for the screen shots of my order, because as they claim they have different products of my order in their system. I forwarded my order confirmation email that I received after the purchase, but the customer service just kept ignoring me for 2 weeks. When I asked about the status of my complaint again, they demand pictures of the email I have already sent. SHOCKING! As to the delivery company, the business partner of ElectricalWorld, I have been ringing them for a week to deliver my items, because every time they had scheduled delivery slot they never arrived, but wrote in the tracking information that nobody was home, while I was waiting for the scheduled delivery every time out of three ''never-happened'' deliveries. When the courier eventually delivered the parcel, he just dumped it at the door without even pressing the door bell in front of him. I've heard the noise and I run to the door, but the courier was already driving away in the van. ONE OF THE WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCES EVER!”

Hello Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback on your order and sorry that you feel this was not a successful experience We would like to apologise as we have already for the fact your bulbs had been swapped out for 9w compared to the 11w which you had placed on the order although this does clearly state on the listing for this bulb in bold, Due to advances in LED Technology, you may receive a Lower wattage product with the same or similar output. We can see that our team replied very efficiently to you and we did not have a reply to our last email until you followed up to say we had not replied to you. As a gesture, we offered you a 10% discount for your troubles although again this was listed that this may be swapped for lower wattage, which you were more than happy to accept. In future please read all listing descriptions carefully to avoid any further stressful occurrences Kind regards Electrical World
