“I had a very positive experience dealing with Electrical World. I needed bulbs for the kitchen lights in my elderly father's home. The bulbs were difficult to find in the local retailers so I went online and found Electrical World. Finding the product, placing the order and making payment was really easy. I realised that I'd made a mistake and given the wrong address for delivery after I'd placed the order. I sent an email requesting a change of delivery address and received a reply the next day. The bulbs were delivered very quickly, in about 2-3 working days. I highly recommend Electrical World, great customer service, website is easy to navigate and delivery is fast and efficient.”

“Sadly the Evri couriers are very poor in my local area and despite having had a good experience before, this time it was not the case - dog food was ordered on 30th May - and following repeated chase ups from me I discovered the food was lost by evri, so a replacement was offered, then it was out of stock, the next day it was back in stock and now I'm waiting for a refund which can take 3-5 days to process, followed by my own banks processing time. Sadly, I now will be checking what courier companies use as im having to source the food in more expensive smaller batches locally while I wait for my refund.”
