not that its a big thing but a tube of CT1 very expensive came with out a nozzle. yes I know take on of another tube but all you do is swap all day long and how do you keep the tube closed. also the delivery as bad no packing just 5 tubes in a box that by the time it got to me was all crushed.

I received an email claiming to have dispatched my order from Electrical World on 26 March with no information on the courier, and by 7th April I had still not received it. After two phone calls and a wait of 25 minutes I spoke to the help desk at Electrical World where I discovered the courier as Fed-Ex. I was given no apology. Talking to Fed-Ex indicated that paperwork was not in order and that they had not been instructed to collect the parcel which apparently is still with Electrical World. This is a shambles and I have no idea when or if I will ever receive the package.

I was ordered 2 bulbs, one of them arrived broken. Tried to contact costumers care 3 times by email but unsuccessful . Not recommend.

Good morning Thank you for your review I do note that once you had left this feedback our team were very prompt in contacting you to try and resolve this issue as we had been advised that there was no previous contact from yourself. We note that as per policy we requested a few pictures of the damaged bulbs so we could aim to resolve this situation for you and you refused to send us any evidence of damage and also stated "I'm not proving anything to you" As a result I am afraid if you are unwilling to work with us we are unable to assist any further Kind regards Electrical World

Ordered 2 of the same item....when arrived, one was not the right part. Still trying to get the right part sent out to me so I can finish a job.

Most disappointed. Order despatched 9th March with estimated delivery 11th March. Not delivered so sent Electrical World an email 15th March advising none delivery. No response whatsoever to my email so disgusted. Now 19th March and still waiting delivery of my order!!

Hello Michael Thank you for your feedback On looking in to this for you further we can see this was dispatched promptly from our warehouse on 9th March after your order was placed late evening on the 8th March. tracking would also show full scans up until the 12th when it appears to have reached your your local post office. Apologies if you felt we were at fault as it shows your order was simply not delivered by the post office rather than our team not sending this to you I can also see that we responded to your email request on the 16th March advising we would follow this up with royal mail and we would be happy to replace this for you but I am afraid we never had a response? if you could be so kind to get back in touch with us via email we would be happy to get this resolved for you Kind regards Electrical World

We recently bought some bulbs from Electrical World. One tube bulb arrived broken. I contacted their customer service to let them know and included a photo. I was asked to send a photo of the external packaging, so had my husband root it back out of the green bin! However, I had no response to the photo of that, which I sent as requested. I sent a couple of further emails from me to check if the pictures were received, but these were ignored. Very disappointing service and, as you have asked for a review, I am giving it!

Hello Elizabeth Sorry to hear about this, checking quickly I can see you emailed us through on the 14th Feb, we replied to your email requesting pictures as per our policy on the 15th, we then followed this up on the 18th as we had not received a response, would you be so kind to check in your junk or spam folders to ensure our responses did not go through to these folders? we have sent you another email again today so we do hope that you get this and we can get this resolved for you as we would not like any of our customers to be disappointed Kind regards Electrical World

This has got to be the worst experience that i have had,when purchasing goods on line. Goods arrived damaged. Tried to get replacements, involved lots of e mails. Replacements failed to arrive. After 2 or 3 weeks i eventually received a refund.

I placed my order on 28/01/2021 and am still awaiting delivery. My credit card was charged on 29/01/2021. I have sent four email messages on 11/02/2021, 17/02/2021, 22/02/2021 and 08/03/2021 all of which remain unaswered. Highly unsatisfactory.

I AM STILL WAITING TO RECEIVE MY ORDER AFTER MORE THAN A MONTH. Electrical World has not replied to my emails.

This is literally my worst experience ever. I placed an order and I never received the item nor was I refunded. It’s been well over a month now and all I can say is this is my worst experience when ordering online. I tried the customer service but no luck with that. I’m never shopping here again neither am I ever going to recommend this to my worst enemy.

the remote control sockets appear useless , I think due to the control overheating and burning out tthe batteries ( correctly inserted ) I have tried communicating with you and the manufacturers --- useless. Am not a happy bunny
