“I was looking for this Fluorescent Tubes for a couple years due I moved to the property and already broken tubes then I found this company that they have this prodcut so this product what I wanted! “Ordered 2x13amp adapters. Quick delivery but one had a US C outlet. Called and replacement sent -same problem. Called and was asked to send photos PROVING it was faulty ie.plugged in and No Carge indicated on phone! I suggested that it appeared this was a possible batch problem and suggested they open and test another off their shelf. If it worked I would be happy to have that one - if it didn't they need to investigate further. NO this couldn't be done (even though girl admitted they have a QC dept for returned goods !)and they want me to accept a refund rather than sort it out. Doesn't smack of a customer focussed company - suits them rather than a cstomer.”
