“Arrived on time but disappointed to find out deawlt batteries don't fit and they don't sell chargers so there's no point buying one of their batteries as wouldn't be able to charge it.”

“Ordered 2x13amp adapters. Quick delivery but one had a US C outlet. Called and replacement sent -same problem. Called and was asked to send photos PROVING it was faulty ie.plugged in and No Carge indicated on phone! I suggested that it appeared this was a possible batch problem and suggested they open and test another off their shelf. If it worked I would be happy to have that one - if it didn't they need to investigate further. NO this couldn't be done (even though girl admitted they have a QC dept for returned goods !)and they want me to accept a refund rather than sort it out. Doesn't smack of a customer focussed company - suits them rather than a cstomer.”

“I needed a 3 zone gas boiler control panel, Electrical World had the required panel at a fraction of the price that I was quoted by a local supplier. it was delivered in 48 hours and I was sent a tracker to see when the parcel would arrive. Excellent service and very easy to use.”
