“The wrong product was sent. I was offered 10% of the delivery (39p) and 10% of the product (£2.20) to keep the incorrect product. The only good thing was a free returns label, which I still had to print off. The item was badly packed, in the original thin manufacturer's cellophane with just a postage label stuck on, so I had to find a large wrapping to return. Still waiting for refund 5 days after it was received back.”
