“My order arrived late (I’d paid extra to get it within 2 days) so was of no use as trades were booked and I had to go out and buy it elsewhere. I completed returns info and it was collected by Royal Mail on 28/11/22 as I was advised by EW this was the quickest way to get refunded and that I shouldn’t refuse the original delivery. However, I’m yet to receive my refund almost 3 weeks later. Can’t recommend.”
