“I recently ordered some Ronseal fence paint from Electrical World. The order was sent promptly but unfortunately, the courier damaged the box beyond repair. I was told to go back to the shop. I had a conversation with Electrical World and the paint was sent again. They couldn't have done more to help me and the lady I spoke to by e mail was amazing, so quick to respond every time I reached out. The paint arrived a few days later very well packaged and I believe that Electrical World were not at fault in any way. The courier was the negligent party. I would have no hesitation in using Electrical World again the customer service was superb.”

“Excellent company to deal with from ordering to delivery. I ordered a product on a Thursday pm and it was delivered on Saturday am, considering they are based in Ireland and I live in Norfolk that's what I call service.”

Hello https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/JW436263509GB Customers order was shipped on the 14th and delivered on the 16th so would not claim this as slow Please remove this false feedback

“I've given 5* based on my own personal experience, also not because there cheaper!, but I will say they dealt with my order fast professional and delivered well packaged.. so for those reasons I recommend.. p's, didn't need to Contact Customer service!!”
