“First and last time to deal with this company. Item arrived damaged which can happen. However, the follow up with Electrical World has been calamitous. Their preferred method of correspondence is through WhatsApp which they don’t seem to read or understand. I tried emailing but got no reply. I still have the damaged item waiting to be returned.”
