“Placed an order on a Sunday - and discovered on Monday that some of the bulbs I ordered were out of stock so contacted customer service by email. There was a slight delay in initially coming back to me but after that, service was prompt and payment of the out-of-stock items was refunded by Friday with the balance of the order being delivered early the following week, so not quite on time but not long after.”
