“Electrical World had the cat food which not many people stock which we feed our cat ! Great, I thought! I signed up as a new customer to get a £10 off code. The code did not work which was disappointing as the food cost over the limit to activate the code. As we needed the food, i placed the order though I did feel it was misleading. I received an email to say that the food had been dispatched. However, the link did not work and then I received another email to apologise for the delay and that they would be sorting out the order as soon as possible. As I needed the food, I placed an emergency order elsewhere and drove 20 miles to collect (we are picky what we feed our pets) only to then receive the food the next day! To summarise, poor communication, no phone number to contact anyone and only a robot to speak to online. Tracking links don’t work and misleading promotions and details of the arrival of packages. The good news is that I keep receiving texts telling me I haven’t used my code…! Would I order again? No, thank you.”
