“Quite honestly I had the most horrific experience shopping on your website. Started off good. You're website is good. Plenty advertised at keen prices. I ordered 5 for 4 GU10 led bulbs energy rated A+. I received 5 GU10 bulbs F rated energy. After a chain of emails back and forward, I'm invited to keep the wrong order I received for a partial refund. After I asked for a full refund, im told so send the product back and pay for the postage. The bulbs i ordered are still advertised on You're website and at no point has anyone offered to exchange them. if it was my fault and ordered the wrong product I would hold my hands up. But this was not the case. There's not even that much money involved. But it's the principle. Very disappointed”
