“Received email stating order dispatched, followed by an email stating order still being processed. Invalid tracking, and poor customer service. Raised a dispute with my bank, they make false accusations to try to cover themselves. Much of the same when they respond to your review. Would never recommend.”

You received an automated dispatch email when your order was passed to our warehouse team, followed shortly by a processing update while the courier completed collection. The tracking number provided was the same one later used to confirm successful delivery. A dispute with your bank was raised the day after delivery was confirmed. In accordance with standard procedure, we contacted you to arrange collection of the item so the claim could proceed. All information submitted to your bank was factual and fully supported by the order timeline. Regarding the subscription, you opted into it at checkout to receive a 5% discount on your order, and then requested cancellation immediately after your first delivery. As you experienced difficulty cancelling it yourself, our team manually processed this for you as soon as you contacted us. If you would like us to publish the full timeline and communication for absolute clarity, we are happy to do so. Otherwise, if you require anything further, our support team remains available.
