“I'm not going to use the stars at the moment as I have still not received parcel #379945, which I ordered In good faith on 29th December 2023. The fault is not with you but the carriers FedEx that you use. I have had many messages from Aylesford Kent depot about delivery, but nothing materialises You are investigating for me so I live in hope.”

“Quick dispatch of the available items. Yet if any is not in stock they do not follow 2-3days dispatch delay at all. If needed stuff on time.order all from stock items otherwise you've got to call to find out what's going on with the rest of the order.”
