“The site was easy to navigate and I found what I was looking for but the bulbs arrived internally damaged due, in my opinion, to inadequate packaging. The returns process for two relatively inexpensive bulbs didn't seem worth the hassle as there would be a further loss incurred in sending the broken bulbs back. Have now revised my review down a star as, since posting this, I've had a bewildering and frankly belligerent email from customer services who seem to dislike the honest content of this review. You need more switched-on customer services personnel, Electrical World! Sending obtuse emails is winning nobody over. Edit: the onslaught of unsolicited emails from feckless customer service reps continues. PSA for Electrical World, It's not acceptable to harass customers for leaving a bad review. Would advise everyone to avoid this website like the plague!”

“Not bad. Knob bit tricky to maneuver. Dial 1 on heating setting has cold air coming out on the sides. Apart from that it does the trick on dial 2. Thanks”

“I ordered 8 plant containers and have so far only 3 containers have been delivered! I have contacted your company on more than 2 occasions and have still not received an accurate delivery date for the remainder. Not a good first impression of your company.”

“I bought this isolator switch for my Tesla Wall Connector/Charger. I live in the United States and it's very difficult to find these nice isolator switches here. They tend to use the ugly archaic metal disconnect boxes here which aren't designed to be used on a regular basis. So I found "electricalworld" online. They have a very extensive range of equipment and just the switch I was looking for. Ordering and payment online was seamless and they shipped the product from their location in Ireland and it reached me here in North Carolina in just 4 days. I couldn't get anything from California any faster than that. I highly recommend ElectricalWorld and look forward to my next business transaction with them.”
