“Sadly the item sent was not the item pictured on the website. EW claimed it was an improved version but it did not do what the pictured item would have done. Eventually I did receive a refund but itr took a while.”

“I received my parcel by fedex box at a certain point was bent when i opened the box the 3pack of fluorescent light bulbs we broken.Packaging was terrible I was not a happy camper.So tell me what I should do.Indo not want any more bulbs to replace. Thank you”
