“I ordered large breeds James Wellbeloved dog biscuit (which I was not expecting to see from you!) but price was right. It took nearly a week to arrive and then when it arrived was not the large breeds type, but the normal size. Will pass them onto my daughter with her smaller dogs.”

“Terrible customer service ! Ordered on 8th May knowing there would be a wait however was told would be 1 week wait. When I chased it was being delivered Friday 17th May latest Monday 20th May. This did not happen so I chased and didn’t hear until 21st May this was delayed with the supplier. I then asked for a refund as I ordered from elsewhere who ordered my items in and dispatched them getting them to me within a couple of days. This is the customer service you expect vs. What I got from Electrical World. The refused my refund due to them ordering them in which I disputed at least twice with them. In the end I was finally emailed and apology along with the excuses of why I received such poor customer service. I was asked if I still wanted a refund on which I confirmed. They didn’t process the refund on 23rd May and continued to ignore all my emails. In the end I opened a PayPal dispute which again they ignored until I finally escalated to a case in which they responded straight the way !?! After nearly 1 month I have my money back! Shocking company they have lost my business will not deal again!”

“Ordered plant food , sorry nothing electrical…. Took quite a long time for delivery. When package arrived one of the two inside containers was smashed, leaving small capsules of plant food loose and leaking out of several parts of the external box. Must have got some battering in transit!”

“The giant lantern is everything i hoped it would be and more. It gives a subtle warm coloured glow with subtle flickering flames. The structure is plastic not metal. It looks SO good”
