“The item was received by the time stipulated, it was also well protected with large green type of bubble wrap, just as well as the cardboard box it was enclosed in was in very bad way when it was delivered by the courier, who actually asked me to open it to see if it was okay, because if it was't, she was going to take it back and return to yourselves. Luckily the item was not damaged.”

“The light was a direct replacement for an existing light which needed to be replaced as the brackets were brittle due to the heat. On fitting the light and turning it on the tube flashed once and did not work again. I am in the process of ordering a replacement tube along with a spare.”
