“Honesty is the best policy. Placed my order then only received half the actual order with no acknowledgement of this. After several emails was told the rest of my order was on a back order would rather have had the full order all at once than in 2 parts, I did get a 5% refund. Service & communication could have been better. Love these surveys yet giving an unsatisfactory review will not put you in the draw pointless offering this.”
