“The renewal reminder information was sent out in good time, it was clear and the Account manager was very helpful in resolving a couple of enquiries for me. Overall, I found the service very professional, helpful and our insurance contract was renewed without lots of phoning around for quotes by me - a huge time saving. Very pleased, thanks.”

“The service from Steven was good. Unfortunately we incurred a large amount of expense for inspections required by Edwards on the back of a burglary for which we did not claim, but were honest about reporting, Steven did his job well but the Church was not pleased.”
