“We have been customers of Edwards Insurance Brokers for many years. We have always found them very helpful and pleasant to deal with. One minor irritation is when we send a report of incident your staff just appear to pass it forward and then pass the reply back. We would much prefer to receive some comment or recommendation regarding the incident from the your staff.”

“We were very slow in pursuing a claim due to difficulties in getting quotes (listed building) but the the company kept the claim active and it was completed in a satisafacctory manner without us having to keep making phone calls. Always vertical polite in phone and written commications.”
