“1) Personal service is always given. 2) When we had a storm damage claim a couple of years ago, this was dealt with promptly and with a minimum of fuss. 3) Edwards Insurance Brokers save us a significant amount of money at renewal last year by negotiating a better deal with a different insurer.”

No query is too small for him to give me his full attention, and I feel confident as our Quaker Meeting Trustee with responsibility for insurance matters that we are more than adequately covered and looked after. At first I was very inexperienced and ignorant, but Edwards never made me feel foolish, and have in fact educated me rather well in how church insurance should work!”

“The staff at Edwards Insurance Brokers understand our needs well, having worked with us for many years. We appreciate having a specific staff member assigned to work with us. They are consistently professional, courteous and responsive, and give the impression that "nothing is too much trouble". We are a complex charity with many constituent bodies sharing a block policy, and they are happy to deal directly with the 20 or so individual Treasurers. I have found their knowledge and advice to be sound, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the firm to other clients, especially in the church/charity sector, in which they specialise.”
