“We couldn't be more happy with every element of Eden's installation of our veranda. The order process was straight forward, all staff in sales and admin were friendly and helpful, and come installation day Jack, the installation team leader was absolutely excellent. Not only a really nice team to have at your home, but Jack was an absolute perfectionist, and attended to every detail, no matter what it took. The teams that delivered the materials were also very friendly and professional. I would think Eden must be very selective of their staff, as they are all brilliant. Thank you fo a great job.”

“Other than a delivery delay, doubtless caused by outside forces we have nothing but praise for the product and the personel involved. The surveyor took his time when he visited to ensure the very important measurements were as we wanted, and kindly answered our questions both on site and twice on the telephone thereafter. The two installers were both pleasant and very efficient tidying up on each visit. We would be happy to recommend the product and service to our friends Robin & Christina Lloyd Bexhill on Sea, East Sussex”

“I ordered the Cadiz. It is at the more expensive end of the awnings market, but so far looks good value for money. It is an attractive system, for a difficult space. Everyone I have encountered from Eden Verandas has been very professional, polite and the company has a strong customer service ethos. So far I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Only time will tell if the Cadiz and its installation is as good as it appears, but I'm feeling confident. Nb it had to be built to order, hence the longer lead times. If you want one ready for summer, I recommend ordering it ASAP.”

“I was pleased with the whole process and was kept up to date during the fabrication, delivery etc. I was especially pleased that the fitters took the time to move my water barrel into place. I wasn't expecting them to do that for me it was a kindness and much appreciated. I am chuffed to bits with my veranda.”

“Although we had delays due to international supply problems I thought that Eden could have been more informative in providing information regarding the delay and the eventual dates for supply and fitting. I had to make the phone calls to chase up the installation date and even to the extent of calling them to check that they were still delivering on the specified date. Despite these communication gripes the delivery and installation was excellent - the fitters first class. We are very pleased with the end result.”

“Eden Verandas recently installed a large glass veranda at my house (Aug 22). The team helped through the planning process which did require some redesign. Whilst there were some delays due to an extended supply chain I was kept well informed. The installation team were fantastic and everything was fitted smoothly and with thought around how to join to the existing structure and drainage that was much appreciated. I am very happy with the quality of the veranda and the service. Thank you so much.”

“Took just four days from delivery to completion. The fitters worked like troopers even in the hot weather; they just got on with the job. Slight issue with the fitting of a side canopy in terms of existing fittings on the house, but the issues were quickly resolved. They kept me informed of their progress/what they were doing at all times and the attention to snagging issues on completion day was impeccable. Really pleased with the finished product. Cannot wait to put my furniture in there and start using it!!”
