“From start to finish the process for repairing the part was faultless. I was informed each step of the way by email and text as to how the repair was progressing and it was very quick. I wish more companies were this efficient. It meant I was back on the road in days. Well done to ECU testing.”

“I had a faulty ABS unit on a Audi car which is about 2000 pounds for a new part. Yes I had doubts and kept looking at the site wondering if the part can be fixed. Anyway in the end I took the plunge and sent it of. Well knock me down with a feather, perfect service, updates as to where my part was up to, phone call to process my payment and next day it was in my hand. Well all my doubts are well history and I wouldn't hesitate using this company again. I got a perfect service from very good team of employees, the ABS works perfectly in every way. I paid a fraction of the new part costs and believe I now have a better part fitted with a lifetime guarantee. don't do as I did keep pondering on getting a part sent of to them, do it you wont be disappointed I am sure. Well on that note I once again thank you all for the service given to myself.”

“Firstly the sat nav sent me off course but I was guided in by a very pleasant Bev. When I arrived she popped up to the counter to say Hi. I left the steering pump for reconditioning. The following day I received a text to say it was already on a technician's bench. Later I received a further text for me to ring the office, on ringing I was told I could pick up the pump at 3pm. I said I was at work until 8pm. I was told "Fine I'll just post it free of charge to you" Am I dreaming?? Absolutely FIRST CLASS customer service beginning to end. Why aren't all businesses this efficient and friendly. Brilliant can't recommend highly enough. PS I've worked in customer service for 40 years.”

“I had taken my Land Rover ECU to another ECU repair company who are very close to my home they had it for two weeks and were unable to repair it saying it was beyond economical repair. I was unable to purchase a replacement unit so thought I would give ECU testing a try. I delivered the ECU in person so that I could take a look at the company, looking very impressive and organised I gave them the details and the ECU for repair and was quoted 2 to 3 working days for repair. I did state that a previous company has said it was beyond economical repair the reply was that it may have to go to the R&D department which would make a difference in the time of up to 2 weeks so they prepared me for that event. Before I was off their car park I had a text to say the unit was booked in and waiting a technician. This was the Wednesday on the Friday morning I received a text to say that a technician had started work on the unit a little later a phone call to say that they had identified the problem and did I want a repair and if so the unit would be in the post that afternoon. Of Couse I agreed to the repair at their standard cost plus return post & packaging. I received the unit at my home on the Tuesday the reason for the delay from Friday is because of the new year holidays which removed the ability to deliver it on Saturday or the Monday. The unit has been fitted and is working just as it should a big thumbs up to ECU Testing brilliant job, I hope I don't have a none working ECU in the future but if I do I would have no hesitation in sending it to ECU testing.”

“Well i shipped my ecu from Barbados it arrived slightly damaged they actually called also send pics they still worked on it, This unit is back in my Audi and working perfect. The turn around time was two days....... Thanks Great Job!!!!!”

“Great service my abs unit had been repaired in the past by someone so was in a sorry state when I sent it to ECU, they repaired it no problem and sent it straight back great service with a lifetime guarantee Steve fry”

“Kept us informed and job was done to satisfaction. Customer very happy. We used to use BBA Reeman and the last experience with them was terrible would never use BBA again even if it was free!!!!........I would recommend you use ECU Testing folks not BBA!!!!”
