“Quite the best and most efficient firm I've ever dealt with in the car world. Had a damaged pump in the ABS unit of my BMW. BMW would have charged me £1,500 to replace it. ECU's 3-day service repaired and returned it to me for £254 - promptly and with a life-time guarantee! Service was excellent: attentive, courteous and patient. Every aspect of ECU is good: customer care, online service, website and mail service. Such a relief to be able to discuss problems with a real person rather than an automaton. Well done ECU.”

“A very professional set up.Used the online booking form many times now and this makes things easy.Good turn around times and i have allways been kept updated with progress. if its fixable ecutesting will fix it!”

“ECU is undoubtedly one of the best and most efficient firms I have ever dealt with. They kept every promise they made: no excuses, no delays. I had a damaged pump in the ABS unit of my BMW. BMW would have charged me some £1,500 to replace it. With ECU's 3-day mail service it was done for £254 in exactly that time and returned fully functional with a life-time guarantee! Everything about ECU is good: the online service, the postal service, the website and the attitude of their staff, which is courteous, attentive and patient. So refreshing, too, actually to be able to speak to people on the phone!”

“Zafira 09 mta clutch modul error p 1607 First i thought , waisted money , the car had no idea about how to use the clutch But somehow during a week , the car found it selves and works like it should”

“spoke on phone about abs pump for my vw golf ,very helpful , ordered on ebay that afternoon,came to me next morning and i fitted it on car and it works , great communication from a company that no what there doing. 5 star. Robbie”
