“Ordered a Le Creuset low casserole which had a small defect. Contacted Ecookshop on the weekend and didn't expect a response until the Monday but received a reply right away and after sending some pics, was resolved quickly.”

“The blades on my existing rattail dinner knives had become blemished and the teeth were starting to disintegrate so I looked online for replacements. Having come across this website I was originally a little sceptical but I ordered 10, received them the following day within a one hour time slot from the courier company and the knives are heavy, solid and perfect. I would certainly recommend using eCookshop and will certainly use them again.”
