“I sent this as a gift to a remote address. Ecookshop know this by the order details. Why ask me for a review? I have not seen it, nor used it. The report back is that it makes good coffee but the drip tray rattles.”

“Great shopping experience. I found the handsome Villeroy and Boch 'Rock' plates we wanted here at an unbeatable price - even before the Black Friday discount. I omitted to enter the discount code, but an email to customer service put that right immediately, and they refunded the discount. The plates arrived in about three days by courier. The packaging was so professional and painstaking that transit damage was virtually impossible. The plates are unusual, but exquisite. Wonderful value for money. Faultless service. Buy with confidence.”
