“I would love to write a review of our order but despite paying for express delivery guaranteed to arrive before Christmas our order has not been delivered and it's now Boxing Day. Perhaps eCookshop should look at the reviews of their chosen delivery company, DPD, and use a firm who can 'deliver the goods'.”

“Delivery was efficient and items well wrapped. However, dimensions of some items were inaccurate and images of others were misleading (showing plates as plain when they were in fact patterned). I wouldn’t mind if they had swapped them for me but I have been told I will have to pay for them to be returned so a bit annoyed about that to be honest and wouldn’t order from here again for that reason.”

“Packaged well unfortunately need to return as plates are massive and don't fit anywhere”

“Ordered some crystal glasses. They arrived promptly and were securely packaged. Website could be more phone-friendly as everything goes very small, but it is easy to navigate and to place the order.”
