“As explained in a previous email not happy with my parcel at all. Last year I purchased from you the dinner plates as a gift for my grandaughter who is hoping to collect a full set. This year I have ordered her 8 tea plates and the way they came packaged was disgustiing. What was supposed to be boxes were completely broken and felt damp totally unsuitable for wrapping as a gift. Ther was no paper pf cardboard between the plates and they were actually rattling in the package and I was expecting to find them broken when I opened the package. For such good quality and reasonably expensive crockery I would have expected a much better service than this. I will not be purchasing from you again”
