“Shopped for my daughter’s wedding. They had an offer published in the express until the 28th November for free crystal flutes if you spend over £100 which I did but could not find the correct code. I messaged support with evidence on the web. But was told it had ended and basically tough. I am a repeat customer and this has happened before this company if you add to your order it deletes the code you previously had added and then you can’t add to it! So disappointing as the support from Jane McKeown was not very helpful. Thank you for your email, I have looked at your order and unfortunately at the time you placed this order 28.11.23 @ 22:07 this offer was no longer on. I”

“I ordered the food mixer in a colour that was not currently in stock. However, I was quickly emailed and told that it had been dispatched and would be delivered two days later. As promised my food mixer, attachments and free gift arrived as promised at the date and time specified. eCookshops' website was easy to navigate, a very hood experience”
