“Le Creuset frying pan is great and was delivered promptly. My problem is the packaging - a mountain of bubble wrap to protect a cast iron frying pan. Really? I won't be using this company again until they show some responsibilty in this area. There are other ways of packing goods.”

“The items I bought are very good quality, but when choosing my items I noticed that one of the sizing was wrong. You changed it, after I wrote on your chat line. It was then the right size for my air fryer. However, when I received it, it was too big by .5cm, so not able to use it. Very, very annoying. I also was extremely unimpressed by your delivery company, who left the items on the doorstep, and did not even bother to ring my doorbell nor knock on the door. I was in all the time, so no excuses. I find this very unprofessional.”
