“Very impressed with eCookshop! Ordered a Circulon c-series stockpot and a Royal Worcester gravity boat. The price was very competitive and the items were dispatched promptly with tracking number. The items arrived as advised without issues and they were packed very carefully! - extra packing bubble wraps were even added to each individual item’s box to ensure no damage on transit! While this was my first time using eCookshop, their customer service and excellent communication really impressed me. I will definitely order from them again.”

Delivery was fast – the mixer arrived within 2 days, well packaged and in perfect condition. Very happy with the purchase and the service. “The price was good, it was delivered in a few days. On arrival the package appeared to have been dropped. Four bowls were broken. Dawson replaced them straight away the arrived within two working days. That is a WOW from me. Excellent.”

“The mugs I ordered arrived very promptly. The box they arrived in was so big at first I didn't realise what the order was. The mugs were packed so well, and so carfefully, there was no chance they could have arrived broken. So thoughtful when so man other companies send things with minimal packaging.”
