“After reading the reviews, it seemed most of the negitive comments came from people that don't understand how to read a manual. We recieved this a week ago, I've cooked a roast chicken dinner, Indian food and a few more meals. The sides do not get hot as some people mention, in fact I wish we had bought one earlier. Easy to use, big enough for a small family, ideal for two to three people. Thanks ECookshop as described, no longer have to heat the oven”
